New! Day Program
We offer a program for individuals to explore new hobbies, introduce health and fitness, fun events onsite and offsite out in the community, and time to socialize and work together on projects and develop new relationships.
All while including exploration of different areas of interests to encourage a growth mindset and to gain independent living skills and develop communication, coping, and motor skills.
HPC (Homemaker Personal Care)
We take great pride in providing high quality of service to all individuals with developmental disabilities. Cortz Services provides a wide range of homemaker personal care services depending on the needs of the individual. We provide hands on assistance with house chores, hygiene, medication, daily activities, and meal preparation.

Transportation
Cortz Services number one priority is the safety and needs of the individuals served. We take serious the cleanliness factors of all our vehicles as well as making sure they are all well maintained and safe and reliable for our clients. We provide HPC transportation, and non-medical transportation. We can bill per mile or per trip depending on the individual plan. We assist individuals in attending day programs, work sites, HPC events, daily activities, etc.

Supported Living
Our mission is to help individuals become self-sufficient through quality of life and quality of care. We will allow our individuals multiple opportunities to grow and explore their own interests. Individuals can receive support within their own home, apartment, or in a home rented by Cortz Services, LLC. Cortz Services will create an environment that promotes positive relationships with friends, family, roommates, neighbors, landlords, co-workers and the community.
